As many of our members will attest the sharing of information has been one of the advantages and strengths of being a member of SWKROA.
The Association's Guidelines for wellsite damages were established more than ten years ago. The Association is undertaking the task of updating those guidelines to reflect the current trends in compensation and terms.
If you are a member who has negotiated wellsite damages in the past three years we invite you to take part in this survey. If you are aware of other individuals in southwest Kansas who have recently negotiated wellsite damages we encourage you to share this survey with them. It is not necessary for the individual who completes the survey to be a member of SWKROA.
